About the job
  • Maintain and build customer relationships
  • Market and promote KDL products and services
  • Ensure customer satisfaction is achieved
  • Generate and present customer reporting
  • Provide customer with updates on industry
  • Facilitate Business Review Meetings
  • Review and approve weekly customer invoicing
  • May include travel to customer locations
Qualifications
  • Enjoy working in collaboration with others. Focus on sharing work. Communicates well with team memebers and cooperates while acheiving a common goal
  • Strong self-starter who actively seeks additional responsibility, sets high performance standards and routinely exceeds what is expected
  • Demonstrates persistence and patience when faced with obstacles
  • Uses imagination and creativity to address challenges
  • Has the ability to stay mentally focused and fully engaged for sustained periods
  • Speaks clearly and effectively in both one-on-one and large group settings
  • Listens attentively and actively to others
  • Convey a sense of structure and organization in communication. Writes clearly and concisely
  • Manages workload by planning and prioritizing assignments working on several tasks at a time, seeking help when needed
  • When “On Call” must be available to handle customer requests after business hours
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment. When necessary must be able to cope in a stressfull atmosphere
Education Requirements:

Two or Four year degree or at least 12 months industry experience

Experience Requirements:

Proficient in Microsoft Office products with a strong emphais on Outlook, Excel and Word.
