General Purpose
To develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet organizational ‘go to market’ objectives. Effective management of the lead generation, marketing, advertising, promotional activities of the organization, coupled with market / industry research of best practices.
Main Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional activities
  • conduct market research to determine market requirements for current and future services
  • analysis of customer research, industries and competitor information
  • develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing services
  • expand and develop marketing platforms including social media, email marketing, community affairs, etc.
  • manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects
  • monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results
  • develop key performance metrics relative to marketing statistics and return on investments
  • create marketing presentations and literature
  • collaborate strongly with the sales team on lead generations, trade shows, marketing events, etc.
  • monitor industry best practices
Education and Experience
  • business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification
  • experience in all aspects of developing and managing marketing strategies and plans
  • technical marketing skills
  • proven experience in customer and market research
  • relevant product and industry knowledge
