  • Shipment quoting
  • Shipment tracking
  • Generate customer reporting
  • File freight claims
  • Other duties as assigned

Experience Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products with a strong emphasis on Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • One year customer service experience preferred.
